The Internet is an incredible tool that allows us to do almost everything. But there’s a darker side we all experience. From harmful data collection practices to misinformation on social platforms, we often feel powerless to confront these issues. My goal at Firefox? Connect with audiences who are starting to become tech conscious and help them feel in control of their digital lives.
Through key insights, I identified original social and editorial content programs that demystified complex tech issues and provided value to our audience. These initiatives resulted in increased reach on our social channels, including Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, while driving top of mind awareness for the Firefox brand and its suite of products.
